Pennsylvania voters: Be sure your ballot is counted!

Confused by the ‘naked ballot' drama? Let us help!

Pennsylvania uses a two-envelope vote by mail ballot system. If you submit your vote by mail ballot without the inner secrecy envelope, your ballot will be considered “naked’ and your vote will not be counted.

Here are the five easy steps to follow to ensure your vote will be counted:

  1. Fill out both sides of your ballot

  2. Sign your ballot

  3. Seal your ballot in the secrecy envelope (now it's no longer naked!)

  4. Place your privacy envelope into the return envelope

  5. Sign, date, and seal the return envelope

This election is far too important to risk having even one ballot discarded. You can help us get these critical instructions to more Pennsylvania voters with a donation to Shining City Upon a Hill. Even $5 makes a difference!
